Data deletion

If you are a Zabouni customer

1. Disconnect your accounts on the "Connected accounts" page of your dashboard. Our access to your messages stops immediately.
2. Email a deletion request from your account email to noor@creative-apps-jo.com. We delete your account, conversations and orders within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you removed our app from Facebook or Instagram

When you remove the app in your Meta account settings, Meta notifies us automatically. We delete that account's data and give you a confirmation code and a link to check the request.

If you messaged a shop that uses Zabouni

Send us the shop's name and your account name or number, and we will delete your conversations from our systems within 30 days.
