These terms apply to our website and services, including Zabouni. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

We provide software, systems and AI tools, including an assistant that replies to a customer's own customers on the accounts they connect, using the information and prices the customer enters.

Customer obligations

• Own, or be authorised to use, every connected account, and follow Meta and WhatsApp Business policies.
• Keep business information and prices accurate, since the assistant answers from them.
• No spam, prohibited goods, deception, or collecting data without consent.

AI

AI can make mistakes. The customer can monitor conversations and take over at any time, and must confirm orders and appointments with their customer.

Plans and payment

Prices and plans are published on the product website. Paid plans renew monthly; customers can cancel any time and keep the plan until the end of the paid period. Meta's WhatsApp messaging fees are included in Zabouni plan prices.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount the customer paid in the last 3 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Meta's policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
